On September 28th, we proudly launched our 9-week STEM program in partnership with Hope for the Future Generations and FAM Houston. Thanks to the generous funds raised during our May 2024 fundraiser, we’ve equipped our classes with 20 Chromebooks, mouse pads, and mice, ensuring our students have the tools they need for success. As technology continues to evolve, it’s essential to empower our youth with vital digital skills that will prepare them to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Our mission is to explore innovative solutions and ignite the creativity within each student. Additionally, we’re excited to announce that we will be incorporating STEM kits into our program, enhancing hands-on learning experiences. The final weeks will focus on engaging hands-on science activities, allowing students to apply what they’ve learned in a fun and interactive way. With the support of our dedicated volunteers, we’re excited to offer engaging classes in coding and other STEM subjects in a fun and interactive environment.
